"9月上旬、ツイッター上に「仙台のホテルが予約取れない」という女性のつぶやきが漏れた。これを察知したビジネスホテルチェーン、リッチモンドホテルがすぐさま「1室おさえました」と投げかけた。
感動した女性はツイッターで言及、「口コミで登録者が1日に数百人増えた」とホテル担当者は話す。実は担当者は「出張」というキーワード検索で多数のつぶやきの中からリアルな需要を探し出したのだ。"
